BAM made it before the deadline! It was a little closer than I'd like because I'm like Enaxn the Queen of Overtime and Internetlessness, so I wung this whole page without refs, so cut me some slack, thanks >__>;
OKAY this might take some 'splaining. Pretty much, Switchie saw Zack fall into the water and was like "OH HAELL NO" and roared the HELL out of Eelbeast. And it was like "wait wut? >___>". And while it was confused, Switchie jumped in after Zack, nabbed him, and swam towards a mysterious glowing thing, which is ACTUALLY a magic HOLE into a cave. Full of glowing mushrooms. Which was Becca's idea. And it was an excellent idea. The last panel shows that the river is above them and magically doesn't pour into the cave because of evil forest mysterious reasons. Idk. I was on crack or something when I made this page <__<.
Becca and Souls I'm sorry this page sort of lacks in Beccat and Fu! I definitely owe you two some spotlight!
This page took me forever lololol.
Also I found a bubble brush. LMAO.

Also those middle panels? GOD. I LOVE the fact that you let them flow into one another, the fact that there isn't borderlines makes it so much more interesting and really works well with the entire fluidity of water and movement. My favorite thing has to be Switch swimming with Zack and reaching for that glowie delicious blue light AGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGA HOW YOU DO THESE THINGS?

The pacing of the page is so full of excitement and I LOVE the shot of Switchie swimming towards the ominous light while holding Zack all limp ;A;
The dive shot is equally amazing, bubble brushes. I want them.
You’ve gone into overdrive on the angles you’ve created too! The perspective in the last panel is so cool! Like we are lying on the cave floor recovering from that swim just as much as Zack is rolling around all ouchie! The transition from the rock down into the water then into that cave is such a smooth flow, masterfully done!
And I don’t know why but christ I love Switchie’s beautiful profiles in those first two panels <333333

The bubble brushes were the first thing that popped up when I DA searched "Bubble Brush" iirc. I can go look it up if you legit want them!

There is SO much going on in this pages and it's awesome and exciting and so many colours and WOW! I am so impressed by everything here!
I love how Switchback has a moment on speechlessness and then she's all "OH NO HE DIDNT!! *snapsnap*" and just throttles Eelface with a massive Roar!! 8'D
I like all the little details in this too! Like how Beccat's reaching out after Switchback like "NO DON'T BE A HERO!" and Fu's looking into the water like "ZACK!?! D8" I like that the Roar is stripy too X3 I also think your rendition of Eelface himself is really cool! He looks kind of alien when he's all bemused and I love it!
ALSO THE BUBBLES AND HOW DID YOU NAIL THOSE POSES!?! Like I can totally see Switchback lunging down there and grapping Zack and swimming towards the glowing thing! That is SO Switchie - "I'm holding my breath BUT OOH GLOWY THING swim to that instead X3" Heeeeeeeee.
That cave is amazing too! ONE CANNOT HAVE TOO MANY GLOWING MUSHROOMS! 8D
Especially blue glowing mushrooms x3 Love those stalagtites (sp?) there as well. THAT cave is beyond cool.
