looks great. Only thing I would probably look at doing differently is the traffic lights. they look unatural, perhaps because they should be in focus, or at least *more* in focus that whats come out of photoshop. Maybe masking them out of the Lens Blur might help?

yeah, I agree with you that the stop lights look wierd, I spent alot of time masking them out of the blur, but it never looked right, to sharp and they stood out like a sore thumb, but just gradient blurred, it messed with your head, cause you knew it should be in focus, i guess it's just a strange shot to mask, i'll try for a less complex shot next time i try it. Thanks!
