I had been itching to get out my Prisma colored pencils again and I settled on this picture to test them out on. Needless to say I am a bit rusty and it shows, but it was a fun practice piece.Matthew Bellamy from Muse playing the piano.

Youβve done the lights beautifully too! Lighting is the devil in my books haha!
For a practice piece itβs very well done 
But I really should invest in some Prisma colours.

Oh the lighting gave me a headache! Especially since none of my blues were quite the right shade so I had to mix them up a lot.
You should definitely consider Primas if you want to work in colored pencil. They can be layered and blended so nicely. Completely worth it.

ha i can imagine! mixing can be soo time consuming especially if you are convinced its still not right lol
You know what i did today? bought prismas lol i thought 'hell, its worth it if its for art!'
