It is said that the hair on its head are near sub-zero levels, to the point that if any Pokemon where to simply brush against it, they would be covered with a thin layer of ice. Legend says that if Mistikiss acknowledges you as an equal, you can touch its hair without being covered in ice, and instead it would feel like you were wrapped up in a warm wool blanket.
While Mistikiss' hair is near sub-zero levels, it lips are in fact absolute zero, leaving anything it touches as a frozen permafrost statue. Even the signature move of Ho-Oh, Sacred Flame wouldn't melt this extremely cold ice produced by Mistikiss' lips.
