Haven't read the manga so I don't know any details about the chapter, but I just wanted to say that this is really great.

Nonetheless; I like to mutate them into what I see them as. I turned Eevee into a lizard once.

This is so amazingly realistic! I love the shading/lighting on the head; it sort of looks like you referenced a horse for it.
