Bwahaha, I SAID it'd look mutated! 8D Let's do a bio again! Though for the sake of science, I'm omitting Eevee from this species, okay?

Born plant-free and reptillian, Leafeons are strong creatures. Growing up abandoned to fend for themselves, they dwell exclusively in thick brush and forests. Initially their diet is omnivorous, often consuming carrion as a necessary part of their diet. Contrary to appearance, their thick plated hide is very soft, and as the Leafeon grows, it becomes heavier and slower. This causes plant seeds to take root in the epidermis- Anchored actually into the skin, though because of its thickness this does not cause bother - and grow quite healthily, often giving the appearance of appendages such as ears.
The extra weight makes the Pokemon even slower, and its diet becomes more plant-based. When a Leafeon dies of old age, any trees that were growing on its body grow through it into the soil, and are among the healthier trees in the habitat.
