LYSANDER YEAHH!!o3o Got him on the second reset after 40, it was pretty amaze xD;
I was prepared to slog it out for an hour... but naw, he didn't wanna wait that long >D
This took less than an hour to draw what

I know your comment was posted 5 years ago, but...Dunsparce is based on a mythical Japanese creature known as the Tsuchinoko. Β (Although recent reports suggest that the Tsuchinoko may actually be a real creature.)

I learned that a couple months ago when I finally remembered I still didn't know what Dunsparce was based on, and finally researched it. So this is actually fairly relevant.

Well, since it's a Land Snake Pokemon, it's probably modeled after a rattlesnake, hence the tail drill, and the bits on its lower jaw could be sort of... not-really-fangs xD; Though the wings would be explained by the Wadjet, a mythical cobra with wings to hold up its overly heavy head.

Well that's a good theory that I'll go with, but they usually seem to have a clearer origin ...*thinks of Wobbuffet* well most of them anyway.

xDD Wobbuffet is one of those... punching figure things, which is why it endures hits to its body but not to its tail, which is what I assume is its real face.

My pencils aren't really wonderful for that kind of coloring, tho. They're Watercolor pencils, so I never get that result when I color my drawings. 8P

I love Dunsparce, and this one looks oh-so happy. The scale effect looks pretty cool, but this Dunsprace has a lot more repeated markings on it's back than the official design. I don't know if you intented for that or not, though. The stylization of the wings is a nice touch. Eeeee, Dunsparce <3~

I just use regular colour pencils on printer paper, nothing fancy.
