Description
Been a while since I done drawn the LiS girls. I plan on changing that.After I saw a picture the illustrious and most talented =elsevilla drew of a girl in a similar pose I wanted to try something like it. Had a lot of fun too.

I always liked Envy's design; far simpler and more pedestrian than most of your other characters. That of course gives her plenty of opportunities to covet someone else's outfit or dress sense. Has she always had irises, though? It made her seem empty and listless, which struck me as apropos!

for me..envy is not something you do because you are evil (I mean in purpose).
Envy is a really feeling that produces so much suffering. Wanting something you cannot have.
And sometimes is caused because a lack of affection or self-esteem.
This girl looks likes she's suffering, not like : haha! I'm an evil witch which wants everything to herself!
that's greed. and I hate when people confuse envy and pride. They are very different things.

Fantastic and nothing short of it. If I were to ever fall in love with a cartoon character, this would be it.
One of my favorite parts is the background color/glow/lighting in connection to the blush on her face - the colors are matched so well that the entire piece seems to glow with that same color, which plays perfectly off her hair and eye colors. The manic facial expression is also very well done- the combination of envy and love does seem like it would produce that flavor of expression.
