I know exactly what you mean...it took me a good 10 minutes to feel comfortable enough to stand close enough to the edge to get pictures through the bars. I got a few good ones though, and posted one here on dA . Seattle is one of my favourite cities in the US, if not my favourite. Would love to live there someday.
