A picture of the first Guardian Nova. (:It took me a while to do this one!
I was using a different method of drawing... not sure if i like it though.

First of all I really like the design of the dress and all the accessories which you can see every little detail drawn into them which looks fantastic!
The look of the character is interesting and appealing.
Now for the colouring in. I very much like the colour scheme of the whole character. Knowing her name has "Nova" in it, somehow I think your choices of colour are suit well with it!
The colouring of the hair is done so tricky! It's like she has faded colour teal/purple type dyed hair.
The eyes are coloured like manga style which you captured well and idea of colouring in the character's eye lashes teal and looks really cool and different!
The colouring is what captures my eye and I can see the mixture of rendering that when into it which looks really good.
The boarder design really compliments the character and colours so that is a nice add in! And the purple circle shapes in the background give more of a great representation of the type of character Guardian Nova is.
My thoughts in all of it, a excellent and great effort Zoe!
