I had actually started this a while ago and sorta forgot about it...and then I found the sketches and figured I might as well finish it. I didn't really do them in order, either...The ones at the end were actually the ones I did first, and then the ones towards the top later. I think the ones at the top are better, personally.

It sort of started out of boredom and a love for one of my original characters, the demon/spirit/creature called Byra. I'm always trying to figure out his look, and this let me play around a little.

1. Normal - Not much to say. Byra's general color scheme is black and gray, and he's got his trademark chain around his neck.
2. Timeless River - I don't really draw cartoons, so this one was actually kind of a challenge for me.
3. Olympus Coliseum - I kinda like this one...
4. Agrabah - The smoke/fire was kinda fun to do. Went for more of a dark genie theme.
5. Atlantica - His look is kind of based on a viperfish, complete with lure. This one was fun to do.
6. Halloween Town - I kinda went with a look based on another Tim Burton film, 'Edward Scissorhands'. This one took the longest, I think...
7. Neverland - Yes, Byra's in a porcupine costume. Why? I really don't know.
8. Pride Lands - Hey, Byra looks kinda cute as a lion...
9. Port Royal - I decided to do a look based on Tia Dalma (did I get that right?) than the pirates. Sure, I could've made him more like a member of Davy Jones' crew, but...yeah.
10. Space Paranoids - While it was kinda hard to do, I think it turned out pretty well...
11. 100 Acre Wood - Byra's a stitched up kitty...Chains became stitches, in this one.
12. Land of Dragons - I tried to do something like one of those martial arts uniforms, but with some alterations.
13. Beast's Castle - Byra is a mirror. It sort of turned out looking as if it got crossed with a meerkat as well...
14. Deep Jungle - Not exactly my favorite...Oh well.
15. Wonderland - Cheshire Cat, obviously...He can take his head off!

More drawings of Byra will undoubtedly appear in the future, as I continue to experiment with his appearance...
