Fair Warning - NOT My Original Art, But A Gift From SOMEONE Else!!!Finding so many good things in my CD-R storage of late!
Back in 2008, I made some kaiju-based DVD copies for (Matt Frank). And in return he made two illustrations featuring his own takes on my original giant monster creations, with Sam-Robo featured here.
He took my original design (thumbnail below) and added some design ascetics from his published "Transformers" artwork, along with elements from the title robot design of "Giant Robo: The Night the Earth Stood Still" (1992-1998). Now thinking about it, I might adapt this same look when I return to "Sam-Robo" proper.
