I normally don't draw Neopets. o_O But here I am drawing one because Up is special to me.
I know that Lutari's have three claws but Up if more functional with five. XDD
Yeah he has a boring design, but i'll fix that later when more Lutari colors come out. x:

I just used the same colors of that of a red Lutari on Neopets. xDD
It sucks how they can't be abandoned. /: But I guess it just makes them extremely rare and it's better that way because it's about time TNT makes at least one pet hard to get. 8B It's just my opinion. xD
