Oh, just a little something I cooked up with world machine and terragen to fit my mood...I'm actually quite happy with the water in this one. Much better than my previous attempt, right Jon?
Terragen render.
Rendersize: 4000x3000 pixels
Rendertime: 8 hours
Terrain: 2049x2049 WM 1.2 Standard
Postwork: sharpening, resizing, and border in photoshop 7.0

Did you use an over lay for the beach or just a bunch of layers? Also, is the base layer a factor in the beach or no?

Aaaauuggghh! What is this? What do you use to create this stuff? More importantly, how much does it cost? (Me, I probably can't afford it! But, damn... I'm still doing everything in Photoshop virtually by hand!)

Thanks, environaut! Inspired by your work, I googled my way to the dl site and picked up the unregistered version and I plan to play around with that for a while, then maybe look at World Mechanic or Mojo if I can track them down. In the meantime, you can always add me to your list of potential collaborators. I am sure that anything you sent my way would inspire me to come up with something interesting! But, seriously, you seem quite committed in that area so don't knock yourself out!
