CAD is CD Art Display. It works as a media player controller, while displaying AlbumArt among other info. It is fully customizable and you can Download it free. Download and install version 1.0, then upgrade to the latest 2.0 Beta 4. Also, it works with a lot of media players, winamp, WMP11, iTunes, Foobar, among many others. I use WMP11 to playback my music, so no, you don't need winamp.
