Description The other side (Side B) still looks no different from before with the exception of having holes, so I'm using the pretty one for now to show how I'm carving through to the other side and trying to match the pattern on the other side as much as possible. And those small parts would be torture by hand, so I'm waiting for access to some more fitting tools.

And for anyone who plans to drink alcohol tonight before you light your fireworks, you might want to sit on it as you light it so you'll see just how stupid it is to combine the two. Other than that, may you all have a Happy New Year and hopefully be smart enough not give yourselves or others reason to wear diapers in the time ahead.

Well, I have taken a photo every week from the very start so you'll find a total of 14 of them in my gallery, and every new picture is roughly 6-7 hours of carving time.

And a Happy New Year to you too.

And I sure hope so because it's taking forever now. But slow and steady is better than rough and hasty, so we'll just have to wait and see.

It reminds me of some of the props from skyrim.
A lot of the things on skyrim resembles the Viking.

Well, that shouldn't come as much of a surprise as not only Besthesda but BioWare the producers of Dragon Age and particularly The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit film team all referenced Norse carvings and building techniques during their production.
