WARNING! Spoilers for Kirby 64, Return to Dreamland, any game Gooey was in and Star Allies! You have been warned!
So that Zinnia adventure I suggested last time was cool, wasn't it? I'd say it was a successful proof of concept. So, while I get to work on that art, here is another series of drawings that are already drawn: EpicBanana Star Allies! Creative name, I know.
For Christmas 2021, I got Kirby Star Allies, a game I love the very concept of. Turning enemies into friends and them having different abilities (or clearing the game as 4 Magolors) and then telling THEIR story in Guest Star/Star Allies Go (or clearing the game as 4 Magolors) I love it. So here is the final cast of the main story (final as in the cast who defeated Void Termina at the end of Story Mode) that I ventured with. I will also do one for my two plays of Guest Star (JammerJab and Adeleine) and the rest of the game when I get further through. Then, I will upload illustrations of key events and misadventures of the playthrough. However, I won't re-tell the main story as I don't remember much of it. But the characters are important for my stories in the Guest Star, so yeah. Onto the cast.

Adeleine and Ribbon:
"The wait is over! This clever artist and her fairy companion from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards are back on Planet Popstar! They may not be the galaxy's most powerful duo, but their perilous paintings and shiny crystals are nothing to scoff at"
I am so pleased that Adeleine is finally back! She was my favourite of the 64 crew and is likely the artist who made (and regrets giving life to) Drawcia, Paintra and Vividria. And this game (alongside triple Deluxe suggesting she regrets making the art trio) suggests a darker side to her as you don't just have a theme named "The Girl's Struggle with Darkness" and not have a hidden side. Anyway, she joined the fight against Jambastion with the hopes it would lead her to Vividria so she could finish her off, but she then gets swept up in the whole "Void" thing, taking that as priority over hunting Vividria. accompanied by Ribbon, she sets off to adventure. She also leads one of my Guest Star stories, but that's a later date. Anyway from one of my favourite Kirby characters to my actual favourite Kirby character

Magolor:
"The fearless deceiving mage from Kirby’s Return to Dream Land has mysteriously joined the battle. You don’t want him as an enemy...is it possible that he could end up becoming a true friend?"
This is not only my favourite character in Kirby, but my 2nd favourite videogame character EVER (number 1 is Proto Man) His tales he tells you, his genuine friendship, his care and support for Kirby, it makes his betrayal so much more impactful than even Marx and when I saw it, it genuinely brought a tear to my eye: I spent this whole game getting to know and love this character and now I have to destroy him? So it goes without saying that I am so pleased to see him back and as an ally. Knowing the power darkness holds over those it consumes, he was well aware it had to be stopped, hence his siding with the Star Allies. However his trust was put into question as in the battle with Void Termina, when he lead the Star-Allies-Sparkler, Void summoned several of the Master Crown. But he refused the temptation and fought on. Great to have you back Magolor. I forgive you.

JammerJab:
The new kid on the block. Defending Francisca in the Jambastion fortress, he was a tough foe to- oh who am I kidding? All his subordinates were sent flying by Magolor and he was hit with a friend star and told how in a world like this, there is no greater strength than friendship. He ponders this and sides with the Star Allies against the very General he swore to protect. He also leads one of my Guest Star stories, but that's for next upload. Welcome to the team, JammerJab!

The Others:
Souless "Hyness" Francisca:
So this happened in the battle against Hyness. When he goes crazy and summons the mage sisters and drains their powers to fight you, he throws the Mage Sisters as weapons. As a joke I threw a Friend Heart at Francisca when she hit the ground and as if in response, Magolor flew next to her and tried to use the Magolorian launch. So I guess that specifically the "Hyness" Francisca is an ally! Magolor thinks so. Not regular Francisca, she's still an enemy (haven't played Heroes in Another Dimension yet) but "Hyness" Francisca is!

A Blob with eyes:
Yes I know it's Gooey, but for the story (and comedy's sake) it is a random blob with two eyes. It was recruited to battle Void Termina in "The Ultimate Choice-Infernal Crisis" as I played as Magolor so there was a slot open. The blob with eyes was also apparently Dark Matter but good, so who'd'a guessed, asides from those who played any game featuring Gooey.

And that is the main cast of Story Mode! Other than the Void Termina fight, I haven't made any art of their quest, but they show up in the Guest Stars and others so don't worry Magolor fans, he will show up. Anyway, next up in EpicBanana Star Allies I will introduce you to JammerJab's Guest Star crew as after the defeat of Void Termina, he sets off on his own quest, so stay tuned for that!
