This would be Miss Atlanta ~ (^-^) She's giving you a starfish. Take it!
Okay, I killed myself to finish this but had a lot of fun at the same time -^^- I'm very proud of how she turned out, I tried to stick close to the guidelines of the sketch Bloom put up of Atla but at the same time still have some of my ideas smooshed in. And many thanks to Bloom for her patience with me about getting it in! A____A *hug* Sorry for it being so late in coming.. And that it isn't coloured at all. (TT ^ TT Grrrawhh, I smite that acursed flu bug!!!) I hope that it's still acceptable!

I love her hair, it's loose, flows well, and better displays her emotion. And her grin is simply lovely.
On a more random note: I love the way the her eyes seem to indicate that they are looking at you yet the actually seem to be looking past you, I'm not sure if that was intended, yet that's what I gathered from this piece. ^^'
