I love how all the anatomy looks good except the hands. This type of problem is present in art were parts were traced and other parts drawn freehand. Conclusion: you're tracing official artwork that is not yours. Kishimoto did not make his art so you and others could trace it.

Oh wait, as some kind person linked to above: the hands in the original are screwed up too. The image is also probably Frankensteined or taken from elsewhere.
