Needed to to some fan art to loosen up my art muscles and this was a perfect opportunity.In chibifying D.Va I went for the poofy waist skirt style dress as I just thought it looked cuter.
Yes I bought this skin the same hour it was released... mainly to tease Spitfire since he didn't have enough credits.

The mech has a tail so it kinda makes up for it. and tail wouldn't work too well with the skirt but I just really like the gothic lolita aesthetic. ^w^
