Description

Colin had popped over to Walkewilde in Sweden in order to teach young rider Sofia and aid her in the training of her Oldenburg mare, Guinevere. It was an all too familiar sight for him to be working with another palomino on its dressage training and so felt right at home in the arena with her. His own golden stallion was now at the age where retirement was looming closer so it brought back fond memories of when they first started out together.

While he was there, he was told of their black trakehner mare who was currently for sale and of course couldn't resist wanting to take a look at her. After the private clinic with Sofia and her mother, he was taken to meet the horse and try her out. SLS' ever-growing show jumping department would benefit from a young and already experienced horse, and she would be able to join the other 5 year olds in their training too.
He eventually put his offer in, to which the owner accepted, and he arranged to bring the girl home in the coming weeks.
