PERSONALITY:
Her personality depends on when you meet her. She`s VERY moody, one moment she`s so angry she snarls at you, the other she`s the jolliest person you have ever seen. She can be headstrong and doesn`t usually accept other`s opinions, which does make her look pretty rude. She loves to ask questions, but will doze off if you fail to keep your answer short. She can be difficult to be around and swears to always get what she wants. She usually acts before thinking and gets into unnecessary fights. She continues to argue with other Pokemon even when she realizes she`s the one who`s wrong. She also developed a hate for children and rich, spoiled kids, who were the ones she usually bullied. Her love for nature gave her a strict view at tattoos and smoking.

HISTORY:
She was born in Floaroma Town, just like all her sisters and brothers. Her family was very big as she had more than 7 siblings. As a little Buizel, she learned to respect nature, since the town wasn`t really technologically advanced. She would often wander the flower fields and catch the pretty butterflies. She loved all the colours the flowers had and often rubbed them in her fur to catch their tinge. Soak used to be a caring and loving little buizel. Her parents never really payed attention to their children since they had so many of them. That`s how she learned that if she really wanted something, she had to do it herself. Soak also became quite aggressive over time, because she always had to fight for things in her family. When in her teenage years, she would go away from home for days and travel through the nearby cities, but she always returned home. The big cities were too much for her.
One day her parents noticed her frequent voyages and grounded her for not supporting the family enough by working in the family shop. She missed traveling the lands and vented her anger through her personality. She would bully the younger kids and trick the older ones. She never lasted in any job her parents landed her. Soak became very stubborn and controlling.
Her fins were sharpened to look more sinister like. She doesn`t care about style and often wears anything she finds. She wanted to look somehow different and used all kinds of berries to colour her hair. That was when she found out she enjoyed working with colours, since they reminded her of her childhood, and became a hairdresser. Everybody knew her as a rebel in her town and never visited her salon, so she decided to find a town similar to Floaroma, where she wants to start her own makeover business. Pokette seemed perfect.

HOBBY: She loves to paint absurd paintings, that make no sense.

Blizzard

She had a little accident as a child involving a bad snow storm. Witnessing its great power, she was determined to get it for herself. But she does sometimes overdo it and the blizzard gets out of her control.

Ice Punch
Her most often used move, the answer to everything.

Her moves do tend to change a lot and she might be using stuff like aqua tail etc. But these are the main she sticks with.

- Even though she tries acting tough most of the time, she is scared rather easily and has many fears (Bugs, freezing, large crowds, getting fat)
- She is not very strong or skilled, mainly because she hardly ever uses a different move than her trusty Ice Punch
- She picked up some feline-like behavior and skills from her father (for example referring to her friends as if they were her belongings and sleeping throught most of the day)
- She likes to stalk people from afar
- She experiences sudden bursts of energy and excitement (which tends to happen when raining, because of her Swift Swim ability)
-- Her emotions turn a lot more extreme during rain
- She doesn`t really like fire-types or bug-types (since she`s terrified of bugs), but she admires electric-types and skilled psychic-types
