I've had an idea for one for quite some time where something happens to Regina in Storybrooke and she dies and Emma can't handle it, she misses her too much, so she makes a deal with Rumpelstiltskin for a spell that will send her to FTL before Regina became the Evil Queen. When Emma goes back she looks younger but she still has all of her memories. Emma becomes the Stable Girl (Instead of Daniel) and Cora can't kill her. This means good things for Regina's heart, until Emma starts to fade because her parents never met and she's never been born. Emma has to find the Rumpel of FTL and change things back before she's gone forever... 

And that's pretty much all I've got. I may try and make it less confusing and actually fic it someday, but for now it's just an idea.

There's always the fic, Double Trouble, I think it's called where teen!swan queen arrives at Storybroke, to much confusion for adult swan queen and everyone around them. Can be recommended! But trust me, I've read many fics matching your pic.
