I'm glad to have this picture done, to remake the original one after all this time: eric-3.deviantart.com/art/1997…

I kinda wish I re-did the comic cover format instead of just the picture itself, but oh well.

I usually slap textures on with filters, but for this I used what I learned on my previous coloured picture to get textured looks I wanted by using brushes too.

It takes a lot longer since it's more manual and requires more cleanup (and the cleanup time was already increased since I kept having to erase around all that damn fur), but I prefer the look that came out. I think it looks a little less flat and forced.
