I still remember that part of the Clone Wars TV series, but Skywalker knew that Ahsoka wouldn't kill the clone troopers. Let's be thankful that he told the clone troopers to use stun blasts, or else Ahsoka wouldn't even exist in the events of Star Wars Rebels.
