I like it. Looks like a real 19th century fairy-tale illustration.

That is so neat! Ha, you know, except running a sketchbook, I also keep a list of things that I'd like to draw or that could inspire me to draw something. This Will o' the Wisp has been bugging me for such a long time, probably since I read The Two Towers, which was quite a long ago. Oh my, it's been 10 years o.O Hah, I need to do something with it at last.
I really like the composition as well as the dress. The spots on the trees are a nice touch. And isn't salt just fun?

20 kinds of salt. Holy crap! I can choose only between the table salt and coarse salt unless I'd like to try the one you add to a bath... Himalayan black salt sounds like something that could be featured in a very bad and dark grimoire. Does it look like gray diamond chips?

ooh handmade lilac soap, how lovely! a friend suggested I should try making salt crystals. Apparently if you leave a piece of string in salty water interesting shaped crystals will form on it... [link]

Ah, it's an experiment that every kid does in primary school in Poland (: I should try it for the paintings, then.
