What barbers imagine whenever someone says "Well, I'm not sure..." Maybe they're hoping the right person will come along, with just enough courage to say "My hair is in your hands - Surprise me!"

I like your bravery!
I used to have hair past my waist until I decided to donate it, and now it's slowly creeping back down. When I sat in the chair at the salon, I was so overwhelmed by choices and crazy ideas that I gave the stylist full permission to just wing it.

Sounds like you had a great teacher! ^^ I wish I could be taking an art class... learning by yourself can be fun, but it's better when you're with others. It makes a difference.

so you're more of a musician than an visual artist? but isn't High school obligatory? Deviantart can also be some kind of a way of learning, by being in contact with more experimented artist (but sometimes they don't answer the questions because they are too busy

I seem to be a pro at procrasination too ^^ I get ideas for new writing, art, or music (or extremely weird questions) all the time, so my pockets are stuffed with little napkins or scraps of paper and my scribbly handwriting... I rarely go back to them though.
