The sigil involved in the binding ritual isn't the same one that appears on the gloves. The original one Integra drew doesn't match Alucard's gloves, after all. (There's a similar but distinct sigil which was used to seal Alucard in the basement -- it actually featured a six-pointed star. So I figure there are a lot of different variations for different spells.)
