Eternal Sailor Makaiju , digitally colored version.Very conflicted over which one to enter. This contest has been a great excuse for me to experiment with styles, and colored pencil is definitely one I don't exercise often. On the other hand, I don't think my colored pencil is all that good, and in the final round it might be smarter to quit messing around and pick the version that plays to my strengths, innovation be damned.

Actually, I like both. Both show excellent technique and execution. I love the originality behind your design of her eternal fuku. It's really interesting to look at and keeps my attention.
The only suggestion I have though is that I don't think the background fully goes well with your character here although I can see where you going with it. It looks like there's a line/rope come out from the top of her head.
Other than that, lovely work and I wish you the best of luck in the last round
