No it isn't, it's just the sun going down on the left hand side of those rocks, whilst it still being quite ligh overall. I did up the contrast.

Did you up the *local* contrast? There are some pretty heavy halos around the rocks (which is what makes it look like HDR).

I did make the darker bits lighter. I'm not very good yet at editing my pictures... I do realise I overdo them a bit sometimes.
