# About me
Hai everyone!I'm Amy and i'm a princess!
I live in a big huge castle with lots and lots of towers! In one of those towers there is a bedroom at the very top! I live in there guarded by a powerful fire breathing dragon.
My Daddy the king put me here for my own safety and told me that one day a dashing hero would come, slay the dragon and would win the right to my hand.
To be honest, I thought my daddy was on drugs, First off i like Dragor, my dragon guardian and don't ever want him to die! Secondly i really need my hands and would be quite upset if they were taken from me and given to the person who killed Dragor. That would just be the worst day ever!
So, here I sit, All alone in my big tall tower with Dragor keeping away all of the dashing heroes, laying about during the day writing tragic poetry and sighing wistfully to myself.
Oh how i wish i had a hero who was strong, yet didn't need to kill Dragor.

"DAs worst photographer."
Is that a challenge?

No indoor flash against bright backgrounds, no face-deforming odd angles, no watercolour filters, no grainy duplicates of the same cappuccino...
Hate to be the bearer of ill news, but if you are going to be the worst photographer on Deviantart, you got a lot of work ahead of you.
Seriously, though -.o Great gallery.

Used the same camera since 2009 myself. It has one dial - which I am very careful not to turn to any other settings than "photograph" or "display", lest it may explode for all I know.
That sounds like an interesting idea, although the practical aspects of it may be a bit nebulous.

When I came to Deviantart, I had no clue.Β
Then I learned film photography, Then Digital.Β
I now have an assortment of cameras and lenses that I know how to use.Β Β
What camera have you?Β

Know that feeling well, if in a different area. If you had asked me about reflected light and haze two years ago, I'd have had no clue.
An Olympus Micro-9000.

It certainly is. Of course, most of the other digital cameras I've used are from the absolute infancy of commercially available digital photography, so have little to compare to. But for what I need, it is good enough and more.
The only problem I have had is regardless of capture mode, it treats atmosphere very starkly. Outdoor scenes always end up tinted bluish, indoor scenes have a cadmium glow to them, and so forth. But mostly using it to shoot references, I usually don't mind: So long as arms and legs go where they are supposed to, all is well.

That just sounds like the white balance is set wrong.Β Β Β If yu change it to auto it might wok out better

Tinselfire In reply to Princess-Amy [2019-01-23 18:37:49 +0000 UTC]
Tried changing it. While I failed to change it for the better, it did change at all, which is a whole lot more development than the past decade. I pretty much have no photography vocabulary - never heard of white balance before - so I'm surprised and glad you could spot it from the description. Thanks for suggesting!
Although I realise now, if there would seriously be an event to pass on the title of "worst photographer" my chance to grab the crown just shrunk...
Totally worth it.

Hello there [ =
Your tagline - you know what it says. And I must say I think otherwise! The reason is - I've been browsing profiles here on dA these past few days, and there were quite a few photographers among them, but none of them caught my eye in any way. You're the first one to do so! I find your pieces captivating, now on to exploring your gallery further = D
Have a good day!

Finally, perused your gallery and went on a faving spree. Just one request; next time you encounter a very old cemetery, would mind getting a close up of the oldest headstone? I like to see the dates...strange, I know...but it's an obsession of mine.Β
