This was one of the hardest CGs I've done in a long time. I'm not sure if its because I haven't done a whole lot of them recently or if I was just pushing myself harder, but I wanted this one to be good, so it was hard.
Anyway. Still trying to find a place to post this crazy manga type thing. Eventually you will be able to sit down and read it. I hope.
For now, enjoy the goodies.

this piece has so muchemotion to it.... the mans smile, sweet and minical at the same time... the woman waiting so patiently.. lost in a dream of memory. the sadness in her face is so strong anyone with two eyes can actually feel it. she is cought on a thought, taken in by it, her concentration is marvellous.
I love it..... so in apreciation for you hard work and amazing talent. I hearby 
keep it up.... I can't wait to see whats next.

Hello, Erithe! Well, I prefer the black and white version, but the coloured version are good too. You colors are effective as usual, but there's some parts of the illustration wasn't clear to me and I don't noted it in b/w version(her clothings are hiding the chair which she's sitting, for example, and I hardly could see it). But you make good colors and have a nice linework.

Right. Moving onward. Although that does bring up a good point. When precisely was Yume beaten senseless with the Angst Stick? *frowns as her fictives chase Arovan around* Stop that. You'll piss off Saray and she'll sing you to death. Do you know how hard it is to bring a fictive back to life after being sung to death by an irrate bard?
The sun on the first panel? It's a little too green for the sepia speckled spots you've got going there. (Then again that could be my Dell monitor. It might be just fine on a super spiffy powerbook G4). Yume is, as always, totally drool worthy and Erithe is pretty this time instead of cute. A nice change of pace for her. She does both well but it's nice to see pretty and thoughtful as opposed to 'Maniacally-cute-angsty-dramatically-gorgeous-and-did-we-mention-someone -is-going-to-die-off-camera?'
Yes. That's a real word. Websters says so.

The highlights on her long hair are very beautifully done, very lively, and seeming to form a good contrast with the 'coldness' emanating from Yume above. I like a lot the grainy effect on his silhouette, on the left part of the picture, as if seen through the sands of time, through the veil of golden memories that are however fading away...
Even better than what I had expected from the rough version earlier on, indeed ^_^

Okay, lets start with panel one. I just love the speckling. It has a real 'mysterious' feel to it. We move up to Yume at the top. His skin is just so soft looking, and his eye. Oh wow..it's so vibrant and magnetic. Down to Erithe...
... she takes my breathe away..ohhhh ohhhh..
The way her hair contrasts with everything else is just amazing. She looks like she's sitting by a window, with the sun rising and glinting off her tresses. And the way the fabric drapes and falls. At first I thought that Eri needed a background, then I spotted her shadow which accentuated the fact that it looks like she's in a room just full of light.
