It almost looks like the vestigial middle-arms are grabbing objects, a street light I think, to use as crutches to help support the frontal bulk. There also seems to be missing teeth and hair on the sides of the head and not the top. I don't know if it was intentional, but this really looks like an old man having an outburst. Saggy bits too.
So, was the request to create an old man kaiju?
