Description FINALLY FINISHED!!!!

Yeah, so I had started this to put in the 9 contest on here. Obviously I didn't finish on time. Then agian, I found out that the contest was for the mechanical creatures of 9 and you weren't supposed to do anything with stitch punk dolls so it might have been disqualified anyway. When I found out this information though, I had already started on this and I liked it. So I decided to finish it regardless.

I love her!! (Don't ask me what makes her a her, I don't really know. She just seems that way to me ) Her rapier-looking weapon is supposed to be a sewing needle with a bit of razor blade wired through the eye. Everything else is just kind of random scraps of metal, string, and clockwork.

It took me a while to figure out how the legs of the horse part would function because I wanted it to potentially work in real life... somehow.

The full view is a little grainy. Hmm. Oh well.

Done in prisma colored pencils on black illustration board.

Anywho, this is my first piece of fan art!! Enjoy!!

I like it. But it looks like the horse would have a bit of trouble walking not having a joint in some of its legs. =/

Which legs don't have joints?? o.O

Are you talking about the ankles??

The ankles were tricky, I tried to make it so that the weight would lay on where the point of the lower legs hits the hooves. Just remember though, this beasty wouldn't weigh much seeing as it's about as tall as an embroidery needle so weight isn't a huge problem. I had to make that a point though because the hooves need to pivot.
Other than that, I though I covered all of the joints...

Maybe it's just how I looked at it at first. xD But now that you mention it, I see what you mean. I didn't think of how small it was until you mentioned the needle.

Oh, and I don't think I'm gonna be able to go to Rmcad with you. D: It's way to expensive. =/

This is very well-done! Kind of spooky, though.
