It's something I scrapped together in a few short hours.

Here's the story behind it:
After the release of Neotokyo, I ended up frequenting the servers of a particular clan known as Edge Gamers. I've come to know a few of the members from all levels of the organization, from the recruits to the admins, and only recently I've joined their forums, where I learned of their attempt to add Neotokyo as one of their officially supported games. I still keep myself in the Knights of Freedom, another gaming clan, but I volunteered to help set up the Neotokyo division, and it is possible that I may be able to join them and keep myself in KoF at the same time, since both clans support different games.

The main way for Neotokyo to become officially supported is if the clan can keep one server full and the other half-filled for a majority of the time. One way they've tried to encourage people to join is to create banners that advertise the servers' IP. That's where I came in and created what you see above.

So far, prospects seem somewhat hopeful. One server has managed to stay full most of the time, and the second server has proved itself to be easy to startup once word gets out. On the forums, we've had people register and ask for the Neotokyo Division, and we had to tell them one isn't set up yet. But it's good to know that there are dedicated people.

Admittedly, it's a kludged job, but I was running out of ideas and I needed to put something in fast.
