How big is this guy? It looks like there is a tiny moose on his shoulder thingy...which would make him MASSIVE!
I dont think its really a moose though...
Love this pic, awesome work.

Hehe, no Adam you are right. There are moose figurines on his shoulders.(but he is only as big as a huge warrior) This one (moose figure) is like a sample of Scythian style----->[link]
And the horsehead part is from Oghuz Turks' culture(nine arrows). And of course some Timurs style I added to the horse's armor. This one is more like a mix of these three cultures as he is the strongest warrior amongst all warriors. And as for the final image(after final battle), he must have been something more.
Thank you for your interest and thank you for your question.

ahhhh, cool...i checked out the link, it still took me a while to find the moose on his helmet!
Now i'm going to go find why the moose is significant to them, because you've made me curious. A credit to you that you can make me interested in the actually historical heritage behind the piece, generally i'm not...it just seems such an odd 'mascot' if thats the right word. I always thought they were north american? But i'm an australian, so definitely no expert! Now i'm off to google 'scythian moose'...! we'll see what it turns up!

hi a question, what size in pix do you draw and paint this, and in what rez? if you can help, would be a great help.

Really nice. Your horses are slowly improving, but I still STRONGLY suggest using references steadily through the entire picture. You tend to make them look like they've had an overdose on steroids, to say it in the nicest way I can.
Besides that, your human anatomy is very nice. I love the effects in this piece. Keep 'em coming.
