The 3D is really good and meshes with the background nicely. I think the people in it drag down it's quality though. Some of them are blurred while others aren't. Some of them have shadows while others don't. And I think some of the ones in the left back are slightly transparent.
That aside though a good render. I really like the look of the water, quite realistic.

Quite nice,
too high transparency on some persons, especially below the Halkali Center entrance and close to the nearest street lamp.
Not good-looking the strong contrast made by the motion blur between steady and moving people.
Too sharp the shadows of every person close to the nearest street lamp, they should be softer according with all the other shadows in the nearby...
