IJN Musashi, had she survived Leyte Gulf, would have returned to Japan for refit and repairs along with Yamato. The end result would be the Musashi refitted in a manor very similar to her sister. The only major differences being the presence of shielded mounts on the superstructure mounted 25mm machine guns due to the production of cheap shields as was historically done for the guns in the "defense circle" on Yamato.
