Hair: Greying. Premature grey hair runs in the family. Thankfully for River, it doesnt look bad on him.

Weight: Around 175-ish [Average for a medium frame]

Grew Up In: Chicago, IL.

Background: River grew up in a broken home. Though his family had money and lived in Chicago...there were many secrets kept hidden inside his estates walls. Murder, rape...abuse. Many things that his family DIDNT know about. Some of it happened to him...all of it seemed to lay heavily on his shoulders. His father often scolded him for being so cold and anti-social. Rivers father, tough yet fair, never babied him but babied his younger brother whenever he could. He was hardly ever around due to his job...so it left a bit of a bad taste in Rivers mouth. He was always very bitter when it came to his father. His mother, though young and beautiful wasnt really a mother. She chose nannies and opted to spend time spending money on shoes rather than spending time with her two boys. The one thing she had going for her...her beauty...didnt last very long...she fell hard into drugs. She once told her two sons that she needed these needles to replace the love there father didnt give her. Unfortunately for Riv and his younger brother Chance, there mother grew more and more restless over the years. Slowly but surely she made the arrangements to move out with the kids and to file for a divorce. Once the divorce was official, the verbal fights there father and mother had were replaced by fist fights. There mothers new boyfriend was a sick and twisted man. Abusive and power hungry. It didnt help that he was there mothers drug supplier either. River, around the age of eleven, grew up in that environment...he was coherent and aware...he observed and grew around it. As a result he took on most of the mental punishment in the following years. Several times he had to walk the many blocks to the hospital holding his own bloodied face. Chance too, caught some of the punches but never quite like River did. It made him a trouble maker and an aggressive one at that. Eventually he worked up the nerve to pick the lock of the mans gun cabinet. Needless to say he chased him off and left a hole for him to be remembered by. Young yet far too mature for his own good...River took Chance and aimed to run away. Being returned to there mother by the authorities on several occasions, Riv called there father and moved in with him. The estate was the same, save for a few of the old nannies and such having left. His disposition changed for the better a few years later when he finally delved into school and sports. He made friends and grew into a charming, solid, and healthy man. River made his mark in the field of hunting and archery. He grew into a protective, yet fun and overly flirty gentleman. Chance grew into a happy-go-lucky, yet shy, teen. The pair of boys were a sight to behold. Handsome, smart, and witty, they finally seemed to be improving. There father though gone most of the time, gave them whatever they needed for activities such as archery lessens and camping trips.

Fast-forwarding a few more years, River & Chance made there way to an old favorite hunting spot. They had visited many times and were familiar with the city that was a few days from them. Setting up camp, the first day of hunting was a breeze. A fun endeavor. Just like always the boys did good and were smart about things. Over the years they grew into quite the proficient team. The next morning however...River woke up to the sounds of screaming...a familiar scream. Grabbing what he could in time Riv made his way closer to the source of obvious pain...but suddenly it stopped. Only to make way for a new set of sounds...cracking...crunching...chewing. His first reaction was to rush up and try to get the animal...well...what he thought was an animal OFF of Chance. Much to his surprise, there was a misshapen deceased looking human-like creature....crouching over a gurgling motionless Chance. A walking...corpse. Shooting and yelling. Crying. Blood...and running. So much running. Running until he couldn't run any more. River tried his best, he tried until his hands were soaked with blood and sprinkled with gunpowder. He took out four or five without missing but...he couldn't manage more. River remembers the reason why he started running...one of them could run...and fast...the one with his brothers eyes. He might divulge what happened that day if you ask...he might not. Riv will likely change the topic. A good way to win him over: pie. He likes pie. Alot.

Personality: River is an intelligent, yet flirty, bad boy. He has been known to come off as a bit of a horny jerk-face to people who don't know him...but he usually means well. He harbors a lot of pent up anger...which in turn causes him to be very protective and even a bit overly aggressive at times. Mostly though, he is a big flirt that loves to make the gals AND guys blush. When he first meets new people he is quiet, a tad standoffish, and sometimes blunt. He gets to know someone a bit before he feels comfortable letting himself 'loose.' If he really fancies someone, he might say so right off the bat. Especially if he's with a friend that knows him. He's a charmer at heart and his looks only add to it. If he's challenged by a stranger, game on. He'll react quick and use what he knows to survive. If he greets you with a twisted grin...it is NOT a good thing. That means that something clued him in to you being an asshole...or you caught him in a really bad/aggressive mood. On rare occasions, River might have night terrors or pains in his left shoulder. Typically, he expresses annoyance/dislike/confusion/anger with a quick twitch of his lip or eye. Its closer to a tick than anything but it does happen. He tends to growl and grumble when he's pissed.

Extra Info: River has taken a handful of kick-boxing lessons so he isnt good at it persay, he is still a 'wild' brawler. His few kick-boxing lessons have helped him learn how to control his punches a bit better, how to grapple/pin, and how to move/run safer, but over all he is a novice at best. He is a good shot when it comes to shooting [both archery and guns.] He is also proficient with a blade.
