Description
The Solar Synoecism (Synoecism meaning "dwelling together [syn] in the same house [oikos]), is the main intergovernmental organization of the Solar System.

The banner is composed of two parts: the first, a field of off-black, representing the realm of space itself. The second is of a collocation of the planetary symbols and the symbol of sol, coloured off-red.

Sol itself appears topmost, with Mercury and Venus directly below. Venus is the capital of Solar Synoecism and thus has prominence, with Mercury being a solar panel and reactor coated amalgamation for antimatter production, along with some mining exportation.

Below lie Terra and Mars, the two most populous planets and are given central focus. Their history and symbolism are apparent.

Below them are Jupiter and Saturn, which filled the original set of planets that were seen with human eyes alone. Their development is tertiary, with Callisto and Titan being centers of civilization in their own right, but their potential is limited by innate factors.

Uranus and Neptune are arranged in order of their terrestrial discovery, and are still scarcely inhabited and exploited, mostly as governmental bases and a few isolated hold-outs of some culture or another; serving as jumping stones and control centers towards operations in the Kupier Belt and Oort Cloud and interstellar space.

The Solar Synoecism mostly focuses on giving each inhabited world and habitat (with various criteria for representation) a chamber to discuss and hammer out various issues, form treaties to cement those discussions and fulfill the various Solar Compacts drafted and executed in the first century and a half of the space age, often related to development of a planet or achievement of some infrastructure project or expedition.
