Finally something with more visibility od shapes !!
As much as I'm fond of the usual banana-tree style, this is a very good example why you should venture out into 'other territories' from time to time.
Nice balanced composition - good texture, great color scheme gentle and peaceful. Could be a macro picture of snail having a nap on a leaf. The light beaming thru the veins of a leaf it's a great effect...i wish there was a way to carry it out more into the far bottom right corner as well, without loosing the composure of the rest. I know !!! more masks.
End notes - I like it and i wouldn't mind seeing this type of fractal from yours truly more often.

That is indeed a lovely song to go with a lovely fractal.
There is a cafe in my hometown called the leaf and bean, though, and somehow that association with the name is coming across more strongly for me. XD
Anyway. I really like the textures and colors and the... "translucency" if that makes any sense.

The subtle shade and soft edges of this fractal made me mistake it for one of your photography peices for a few seconds. The coloring is perfect, and the balanced spiral composition give it a very natural flare. If I checked the math of this peice, I would not be surprised if it didn't follow the golden ratio. Good job.
