I see what you're trying to do here I do. However, first you put this under 'digital' when it's really a traditional medium that was used. Second your use of colour and shading for the skin is the only thing that I find pleasing in this (I know I'm hurting feelings here but it is a critique and I want to help). The pose looks really wooden and to be honest your use of proportion is completely off even when using a ref that doesn't pay attention to it either. Detail is within the shading but not as a whole when it comes to hair, face or clothing. Looks like a lot of work is in your future as with all artists but you seem to be going at it the right way, having your own oc's and putting them in ref poses def a good way to start! I wish you luck and hope that this didn't ruin your day.

possibly the critique i would give is that their poses look a little wooden, try some practicing with life drawing models, maybe using model references but trying to tweak the design here and there. like the clothes concepts- a little revealing perhaps, but vampires are known for that, im sure. otherwise, a very cute chibi
