Yeah, the necklace is usually around his neck when he's in his other form...but I'm honestly inconsistent just because I'm usually only half paying attention to what I'm doing half the time XD I should fix that

Oh, okay! Haha, I wouldn't worry too much about it, I usually space out when I'm drawing. I guess the difference is that I don't focus on anything else, and people usually have to physically tap me on the shoulder to get me out of the zone. This looks really cool anyway. ^^

For me it can be either way, sometimes I get in the zone like that and am oblivious to my surroundings, too It's just recently that I haven't had time to really get into a drawing like that; for the most part, I've been sketching during school and have to keep a mind on what the teacher is doing.
Not that I don't pay attention in class That is actually exactly the problem: if I DID ignore class, then I could focus on my drawing and could draw straight through the class period. But I do, so I am confined to adding bits of shading and line between hour long intervals.

Yes, academics are important too. I used to do that as well, but my teachers got pretty irritated with me about it. Never really got bad grades even then, but now I try to minimize it the best I can. But my first class is art (at least for now), so I get to start off the day with my job being to sit there and doodle, so that's pretty nice.

I suppose if you did ignore class, you could end up being called out with one of those really specific questions the teacher asks when they know you haven't been paying attention. It feels awful to have to ask what the question was.

Ugh, I know. I would never want to be called out like that!
That's awesome that your first hour is art! I could only take art my Freshmen year; after that my schedule had to be filled up with other, less fun things I wanted to take art this year since it's my last chance for a free art class, but I couldn't fit it into my schedule.

Darn, that's too bad. You seem to have a good handle on the technical aspects of art just learning by yourself though (obviously, your stuff is awesome. ), and it's really easy to just do some internet searches if you were ever curious.
