This is amazing. I really love the facial expressions, and the background is a really nice touch. I love the text effect you used, it's got a kind of "written in blood" effect without being over the top. Very nice.

I like the use of colors here. The blend of different shades of brown creates a sense of simplicity and color theme to the picture.
Then, there is the message in it. With all the American and Russian writings, it seems that they both contain negative messages meant for each other. But then, one can see that the characters in the middle are hugging, displaying a sign of affection. It seems to show a sense of irony. At least, that's how I'd see it.
Then, I also like your drawing style. Good work.
