There was another life Neal Caffrey could have lived, and he never forgets it. In his normal life, he's got his million dollar view of Manhattan and his work with the FBI, but he's never stopped wishing he could have had another life. One with Kate, a white picket fence, and maybe even a baby.100% Photoshop drawn with my Wacom tablet over about 2 days. Also my first attempt at really drawing more than just people and technical drawings for rooms.

This picture is truly heartwarming... And breaking. You have captured that piece of mental architecture that has been somewhat neglected by Jeff and the other members of the White Collar crew.
Kate was cruelly, unexpectedly, and violently ripped away from Neal. A life with her was already in his plans, already part of him. That's a part of his life that he will never, EVER get back. Yes, of course it touches our hearts, jerks some tears from us, but we tend to shrug it off, get over it quickly. For Neal Caffrey, this is a shocking, painful reality that not many could actually relate too. We think that we know a character; but really, we know next to nothing about them.
Losing Kate affected his entire life. He could've had that 'white picket fence existance' that Peter had. He could've started his own little family with the love of his life, someone who' always been there for him, and always would be. But it was ripped from his very fingertips. He was so close to having a life with Kate. But he didn't get it. Most of us can't even imagine having that one thing we so desperately want, being so close that you could see it waving, smiling at you from the doorway of the jetplane that is a promise. Then having that plane just blow up in your face, with that one thing on it, lost forever.
This picture illustrates Neals innermost feelings, thoughts, and emotions. And that's what makes me admire it so much. Thank you for this lovely piece of artwork.

Absolutely no problem. I absolutely love the show, so much, in fact, that I'm writing a fanfiction about it. I started watching on Netflix, because we don't get the channel/s it's on anymore, so I had to wait for the third season to come out. And suspense get's my brain working, so I searched White Collar and here I am. ^_^ Sorry, Rambling. But, great, great work. I love it, keep it up!

wow.....that's so sad and true i wish he never lost her he cared about her so much just to lose her in the end of season 1 and he's my favorite character in that show so i felt bad for him and he's just a bad ass
