First let me say that I love the composition. You've got a great flow that sweeps right to left and up. The robe pattern is nicely done. I have to say I'm a little confused with the color of the torso. It looks like a translucent fabric since it matches the exposed skin color, making it look as if the lines of the top are directly on the skin. I think if you darkened or lightened the top it would clear that up. As for the flowers and leaves, they look great and fit perfectly with the motif. The hair is a bit odd. Not the loose strands but the parts done up in the hoops. The style is fine, but the way they are segmented and the lack of detail makes them seem out of place with the super amounts of detail you put into the rest of the picture. Finally, the skin tones are nice and the makeup seems suited to the style, but the eyes lack a focus. They don't seem to look at anything, in frame or out. It gives the subject a vacantness that detracts from their sophistication.
All in all it's a beautiful design that reflects the long hours you put into it. Just some minor touch-ups and it would be even better. I hope that helps.

There's very little to critique here; the composition of this image is spot-on, and your use of color is very appealing (the way the blue of the flowers plays off the purple of her headdress may be the strongest example)
However, there are some tiiiny things that could use some tweaking.
1. Her nose is far too small for her face. Even though her face is stylized, the size of the nose is jarring and confuses the viewer.
2. She seems to be wearing a shirt (her nipples aren't visible, and there are pieces of a pattern visible on her chest). Yet the neck of the shirt isn't visible.
