^__^ I'm still working on my realistic style... I think I pretty much have it down except for a few things (like noses and a bit on hands). The lighting also screwed it up, but was worth it in terms of mood.

I'm gonna show my improvement on "manga style" color in this month's MA_I contest. It's different (and not really as flashy as this) but it uses the skills and knowledge I gained while doing this.

I've found that descending from realistic down to manga is actually a good thing. You already have advanced knowledge of the body and its shape due to the demand realistic sets, so doing the basics in manga feel like nothing and set you a bar above the rest who are doing the opposite. To a degree though you have to "unlearn" some stuff... which is annoying.

Actually... you only missed an i. You wrote it like it's pronounced. It's itashimashite if you want the actual spelling. and the Do has a long o so it's usually written as Dō or as Dou. The earlier is the correct one, though. Dou only works if you don't have the ability to get the accent.
