Celestia's and a reformed chrysalis spawn
Prince emerald flash is The epitome of a perfect gentlecolt. He's been raised to have top notch manners by celestia and to charm the pants off of ponies by chrysalis ( in order to have more love to feed on ).
He's very kind and loved throughout canterlot, often called the " best of high society" .
He does charity events, and donates most of his money to them as well.
His good, if not a bit unique, looks has had him on the cover of magazine after magazine.
despite this refined exterior, Emerald gets tired of the flashing lights and gossip that comes with being in the limelight.
he feels like his entire life is fake, his image molded by other people until he fits what they want. its all a bit much.
after a breakdown, his mothers thought itd be good to have him experience life outside of canterlot and sent him to ponyville,
to learn what its like to be around regular folk. He's currently residing on applejacks farm, and helps around every now and then.
