Not much but here it goes: Xan was experiment subject. Results of those experiments cause his neural system to produce electricity but it is harming his skin, so I was trying to think of some kind of suit or nanoskin that will protect him and some kind of "gloves" that will accumulate  eletricity from system and spread out of his body in a form of pure energy.

It was some time ago when I wanted to create an space opera comic with this character, I had scenario for a shortie but well...
