Yes they do. There was a GE on the rear pushing but lately leading these oil trains have been SD70ACe's or MAC's.

It's gotta be export ethanol if it is going to Saint James... I will say I wasn't expecting BNSF let alone an SD70MAC. Them things have been popping up a lot out of coal service. Saw one on the point of an ethanol train ironically.
